DO YOUR ITEMS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
We do our best to make sure our apparel fits true to size. We offer a variety of fits including fitted, relaxed, unisex and oversized styles in order to cater to different body types. Each of our smock collections are designed differently, so what fits you well may vary depending on the collection. Please refer to the size chart included in each product listing to determine the size and fit that best suits you. Our size charts list the measurements of the apparel, so please check each measurement (chest, hips, waist) to ensure it will fit before purchasing.
DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT?
No, we do not have a physical storefront. We operate out of Indiana and sell our apparel and products online. However, we do make appearances at various trade shows throughout the year. Connect with us on our social media and sign up for our email list to learn where you can find us at upcoming events. We always enjoy meeting our customers in person!
HOW OFTEN ARE ITEMS RESTOCKED?
We do our best to ensure items are in stock and ready to ship, but we occasionally find the demand for particular items is greater than we’d anticipated. We frequently create new orders based on our inventory levels, and we try to restock before we completely run out of an item. Since our grooming clothes take time to both manufacture and ship, we cannot offer a specific date of restock. We promise to get our inventory levels adjusted on the site as soon as they arrive, and we alert customers of restocked items via email marketing and social media. Make sure to sign up for our mailing list and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to learn when your favorite items are back in stock!
In order to make room for fresh exclusive prints and styles, we frequently discontinue apparel styles. These discontinued items will not be restocked. If you love one of our discontinued styles, snatch it up while it’s still available. When it’s gone, it’s gone!
WHAT CAN I GET ON A BUDGET?
We add to our clearance section regularly to help you find the best deals. Our discontinued apparel is heavily discounted and priced to sell. Discontinued clothes will not be restocked once they sell out, so once they’re gone they’re gone!
Our website also utilizes filters to make searching and shopping easier. Click the Filter icon while shopping to sort items by price, fit, collection, style, color and more!

CAN I WASH AND DRY MY SMOCKS?
Our grooming apparel is easy to take care of! All smocks, aprons and pants can be machine washed and dried in a clothes dryer. Do not dry clean. Apparel does not shrink.
DO YOU HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM?
We do not currently have a rewards program, but it is something we would like to look into. Stay tuned for updates about customer rewards!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically shipped within three business days and can take 2-4 days to arrive for customers within the United States. International orders may take up to four weeks, with the majority arriving within two weeks.
ARE YOUR UNIFORMS WATERPROOF?
No, our smocks are not waterproof. They are water resistant. While waterproof apparel sounds great, it’s stiff, less flexible, less breathable and frumpier than water-resistant clothes. Our fabrics instead afford you the ability to have great range of motion while still benefiting from water-repellent and quick-drying qualities. Wearing our water-resistant apparel, you can stay comfortable while bending and stretching your body - and you can look great too! Our goal is to create professional apparel that seamlessly combines style and functionality.
ARE YOUR CLOTHES HAIR RESISTANT?
Yes, every piece of Retro Stylist Wear clothing is hair resistant, including all grooming smocks, aprons and grooming pants. Our apparel is crafted with high-quality fabric that deters pet hair from sticking. Pet hair and fur can easily be blown or brushed off to keep you looking professional and clean while on the job.
