Returns & Exchanges
We value customer satisfaction and hope you love your purchase. If you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return merchandise by mail for returns or exchanges. This time frame allows our customers the opportunity to evaluate their purchase and confidently decide if they are satisfied with their selection. 
Returns and exchanges are easy:
  1. Write on the original packaging slip specifying the items for return or exchange. For exchanges, indicate the preferred size and include your phone number so we may contact you for inventory-related communication regarding stock availability. You may also email us at before returning your items.
  2. Place both the packing slip with your return information and the items you’d like to return or exchange inside the original packaging.
  3. Ship the package via USPS - 1st class mail to minimize shipping costs. Please note the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges may take up to three weeks to process. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 30-day window has passed. We only accept returns/exchanges of grooming clothing that is unused, unwashed, and free of hair, fur, deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume and smoke residue. ALL DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 
Defective & Damaged Items 
All purchased items that arrive defective or damaged qualify for a full return or exchange at no expense to the customer. This policy does not extend to problems related to fit or seam blowouts. Customers have 60 days from the date of delivery to begin the return process for defective or damaged items. The procedure follows the same steps for regular returns and exchanges. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you may request to have your order put on hold or canceled by emailing Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
