30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident that you will love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This period allows you to thoroughly evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we believe an exchange for a different size or style will meet your needs. If you cannot find a desirable item to exchange, or you simply want to make a return, you may do so within 30 calendar days of purchase date for all qualified purchases.

How to start a return or exchange:

  • Visit our Loop Returns Portal.

  • Enter your order number and email address to look up your order.

  • Select the items you’d like to return or exchange and follow the prompts.

Policy details:

  • 30-Day Window: Items must be initiated for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. If such items are returned, a $10 restocking fee per item will be applied in lieu of the item to be shipped back.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Loop will provide a shipping label and the cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

  • Processing Time: Returns and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process once received at our warehouse.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (minus return shipping costs).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive a refund.

  • If your order qualified for a free item based on a minimum purchase amount, please note that the value of that free item is contingent upon meeting the required purchase threshold. If you choose to return items and your revised order total falls below the qualifying amount, the value of the free item(s) will be deducted from your refund or charged accordingly.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you may request to have your order put on hold or canceled by emailing hello@retrostylistwear.com. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
