What size bandana pack should I pick—Mixed, Small, or Large?
Choose the size assortment that best matches the dogs you groom.
- Mixed Pack: Includes 17", 20", 24", and 29" bandanas. Great for salons grooming dogs of all sizes.
- Small Pack: Includes 17" and 20" bandanas. Ideal for smaller breeds.

When will my monthly order ship?
Recurring Bandana Buddies boxes generally ship at the beginning of each month, following your scheduled renewal on the 1st. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
When will my first order ship?
If you subscribe more than 7 days before the 1st of the next month, your first box typically ships within our normal processing timeframe. You'll then receive your next box with our regular monthly subscription shipments, which ship on the first business day of each month.
If you subscribe during the 7 days leading up to the 1st, your first box will ship with that upcoming month's subscription batch instead.
Please note that order processing times, weekends, and holidays may affect which shipment your first order is included in.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription through your account with no long-term commitment. You can also pause or skip upcoming deliveries. For details about recurring billing and cancellations, view our Subscription Terms & Conditions.
What if I don’t like a bandana pattern I receive?

My only complaint is the birthday bandanas in every box. I get why, but I wish there was an option to opt out. I already have like 3 months of birthday bandanas and i'll almost never use them so that part is a big waste. Love the quality of the bandanas and the patterns though.

The quality and patterns were awesome. The speed out the door to my store was fantastic. Really enjoying them. The groomers love them. The sizing of the mix is a challenge for us as small and medium feel the same. Other than that they are perfect.
Bandanas are great. Concept is great and prices are reasonable. However, shipping is a little slow and there was some delay in the May order, and being a very busy salon, we did not have bandanas to give to our clients for 2 days.
There we some size issues. There are inconsistencies, and some designs are missing certain sizes and are replaced with duplicate sizes. There is room for improvement, but we’re still satisfied
Highly recommend, I used to make my own bandannas but stopped due to the extra time it took to make them & fabric cost, but my clients missed having them, this subscription is perfect, my clients love them and I get a fun surprise each month when I open the box to see what pattern I got this time!
